# Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for software applications.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
# Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX projects.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience with mobile app design is a plus.
