Support Officer, Business Development

Square Health Limited, a SQUARE concern, is a healthcare services aggregator, which has launched its flagship service, JOTNO; a one-stop destination for caregivers and patients. Job Responsibilities

  • Handling calls and coordinating between different stakeholders
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
  • Organizing and maintaining a database for different stakeholders
  • Assisting in departmental reporting
  • Working with the Business Development Team to provide support as needed

Skill & Knowledge

  • Strong phone contact handling and active listening & communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer application (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheet, Google Doc etc)
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately

Qualifications

  • The candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the following areas (freshers are encouraged to apply):
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Candidates awaiting certificates or in final year can apply)
  • Previous relevant part-time/full-time work experience will be a plus
