Jr. Product Analyst

- Gather and validate requirements directly with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their business needs and pain points.
- Translate client needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories before handing them over to the development team.
- Perform feasibility analysis to ensure that proposed client solutions align with our technical capabilities and product roadmap.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the tech team during the development phase to clarify functional requirements.
- Maintain a “Requirement Traceability Matrix” to ensure all client-validated features are successfully implemented and tested.
- Assist in product demonstrations and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure the final delivery meets the client’s validated expectations.
- Analyze product usage data and feedback to suggest continuous improvements to the user experience.
- 0–2 years of experience;

- Proven ability to interpret technical architectures and explain them to non-technical business stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills, with the ability to lead discovery sessions with clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot potential technical roadblocks during the requirement phase.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or Trello) and diagramming software (e.g., Lucidchart or Draw.io).
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple client expectations simultaneously.
- Ability to leverage AI assistants like Claude and Gemini for requirement refinement and Gemini CLI for data validation, ensuring technical accuracy and efficiency in the requirement handover process.
- Must be a CSE (Computer Science & Engineering) graduate with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Additional certifications are a plus but not required.
