- Design, develop, and maintain web-based Java applications that align with specific business requirements and health-tech needs.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure maximum performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
- Follow Agile methodology and strictly adhere to the Software
- Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initial planning through to deployment.
- Implement security best practices and ensure robust data protection within applications to safeguard sensitive user information.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refine backend logic and integrate with frontend services.
- Utilize DBeaver for database management and Postman for comprehensive API testing and validation.
- 0–2 years of experience;
- Entry-level candidates with strong academic projects or internships in Java/Spring Boot are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and foundational Java design patterns.
- Experience with the Spring Framework, including hands-on familiarity with Spring Boot, Security, Data, AOP, and Dependency Injection (DI).
- Proficiency in databases, specifically MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database (experience with MS SQL is also valued).
- Familiarity with search engines, particularly Elasticsearch, for data retrieval and indexing.
- Skilled in using IntelliJ IDEA as a primary development environment.
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git/SVN) and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Understanding of testing frameworks such as JUnit or Mockito to ensure code quality.
- Proficient in leveraging AI-driven development environments like Cursor, Kiro, or Antigravity and AI-enhanced terminals like Warp with Codex CLI to accelerate backend architecture, debugging, and complex SQL optimization.
- BSc. in CSE / CS / SE / EEE or any related discipline.
- Additional certifications are a plus but not required.
